Support

In Home & Community Services are provided in both home and community settings to support individuals to acquire and develop a variety of skills. Direct Support Professionals will direct assist individuals in areas of self-care, self-help, socialization, and more.

Companion Services are provided by qualified Direct Support Professionals to support individuals to participate meaningfully in the home and the community.

Supervision is administered to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individual as they perform the acitivities of daily living.

Community Participation Support is provided to encourage opportunities for inclusion and integration. Individuals are supported to not just be in the community, but to be a part of their communities and develop skills and potential for integrative employment.
