Lori Jarvie, M.S.
Owner and Chief Executive Officer
Lori is an essential part of the team and has been with Sunrise since the very beginning. Our company's Owner and CEO is a highly qualified and respected member in the field of Human Services. Lori holds an MS and extensive experience working with children and adults in many facets. Lori has been a daycare/preschool provider, caseworker, case manager, children and youth worker, forensic interviewer, services coordinator, and more. Her vast experience and passion for helping led her to start a company that supports its employees while providing support to adults with Intellectual Disabilities.
Lori's passion for helping and providing services aimed at supporting individuals to achieve the highest quality of life possible led her to research, find, and incorporate different divisions under the Sunrise Human Services umbrella. Each division offers specialized support services. Along with the ID Waiver Services Division and the Parenting Education Division, Lori envisions no limit to the ability of Sunrise Human Services to grow and add services to enrich the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Lynn Stephens M.Ed., LSW
Director of Parenting Education
Lynn is an invaluable part of the Sunrise team. As our Director of Parenting Education, Lynn aspires to give every individual the tools and resources to reach their full potential. Lynn has an LSW and an M.Ed in Special Education. Along with her education, Lynn has gained experience through teaching special education (in the public and private sectors), working in Children and Youth Services as a caseworker (intake through placement), providing SWAN services, providing direct service for adults, providing wrap-around care (BSC, TSS, and MT) for children, and providing direct counseling for all ages. She has a desire to incorporate her experience and training to support individuals of all ages. Since joining Sunrise, Nikki has played a crucial role in the delivery of all services we provide. As Director of ID Waver Services, She strives to ensure each individual and each employee receives support and opportunities to experience, learn, and grow. Nikki is also in charge of Human Resources and Technical Support for Sunrise Human Services. With her in-depth knowledge of Sunrise Human Services, Nikki helps to keep the company moving like a finely tuned machine. Nikki is a vivacious, magnetic, caring force of nature who enriches the lives of all who know her.
